Happy Mood Tea
Happy mood tea is our first and flagship product. The tea is an enjoyable blend of Stevia, Passion Flower, Hyssop, Peppermint, Lavender, Orange Peel, Chammomile, Lemon Balm, and Scullcap. Happy Mood Tea is formulated to lift one’s spirits and taste delicious.
The standard infusion is one teaspoon per eight ounce cup steeped for about 3 minutes. Experiment to taste. You can infuse the same herbs multiple times. Happy Mood Tea is also delicious cold.
Happy Mind Tea
Happy Mind is the most medicinal of our blends. It’s a concentrated blend of Stevia, Lavender, Lemon Balm, Scullcap, and Peppermint.
It is the least sweet tasting of our teas. We suggest this tea if you need to focus on something. Many have used this tea as a remedy for headaches. Infuse to taste. None of our teas are bitter if brewed strongly.
Happy Tummy Tea
Happy Tummy Tea is the sweetest of our blends. It’s a soothing blend of Stevia, Orange Peel, Chamomile, and Peppermint. Happy Tummy Tea is a great after dinner drink. Many drink this tea before bed. Infuse one teaspoon per eight ounce cup for three to four minutes.
Multiple infusions are possible.
Happy Energy Tea
Happy Energy Tea is a unique blend designed to energize body and mind. We believe that there is a difference between energizing and stimulating. This tea contains no caffein but is highly energizing. Happy Energy is a nourishing blend of Stevia Leaf, Spearmint, Gymnemia Leaf, Myrtle Leaf, Honey Bush, Cinnamon Chips, and Ginger. Infuse one teaspoon per cup for four minutes. Multiple infusions are possible.
Super Chai
Super Chai is amazing! It’s an awesome blend of Stevia Powder, Ginger Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Sage Powder, and Lavender Powder. Stir about a half teaspoon into each cup of boiling water. You can also prepare it like Turkish Coffee or add it to Espresso. Super Chai can be enjoyed as a stand alone beverage or a flavoring for any other hot drink. The powder leaves a harmless setiment.

In 1998, while shopping at a health food store, I bought some “calming tea”. It calmed me but tasted very bland. I love blending things, so I decided to research herbs and come up with a better tasting calming tea. Two years later I tested ”Happy Mood Tea” on friends and relatives. It was a smash hit and they suggested that I sell the tea. Later, I developed “Happy Mind Tea” for a more adult feel good effect and “Happy Tummy Tea” for a soothing effect. In 2002, Summit Spice and Teas started carrying my blends in Anchorage. In the past year they have sold enough to brew 50 thousand cups of tea!
I invite you to join me in drinking to a happier planet!
